At amzfairshop.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase of our women’s and men’s LV belts, we are here to help with returns and refunds.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be in unused and original condition.
- The item must be in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and authenticity certificates.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: A description of the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the product is defective or damaged.
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send the item.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the item was received as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item.
